Orders and payments must be placed online and we are unable to take orders over the telephone.
We apologise for any problems this may cause to some users.

Due to the length & weight of some items (along with the total weight of multi item orders) postage may default to the courier option as Royal Mail will not except excess length & weight parcels.

You can select your available postage methods in the checkout process.

Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday 9am - 3pm. All orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Delivery options available are:

Royal Mail - £2.49

2nd Class service

Small items like spare parts and items that fit within "Royal Mail large letter" restrictions of weight and size.

Royal Mail - £4.99

Orders to a value less than £20 are shipped 2nd Class.

Orders over £20 value are shipped Tracked 48

All orders up to a max weight of 1.8kg (some long length items excluded, these will default to the courier option)

National Courier Service £9.99

24/48 hour (working day) delivery

Available for all orders / orders with total weight of 1.8kg+

We ship to mainland United Kingdom only.

We do not ship internationally.

Due to geographical surcharges placed by couriers upon us, the following postcode ranges are classed Scottish Highlands & Islands and subsequently courier charges are increased. The following postcodes are classified as the Scottish Highlands by couriers:

AB54 to AB56 - All postcodes

AB35 to AB38 - All postcodes

IV1 to IV63 - All postcodes

PA21 to PA38  - All postcodes

PH17 to PH26  - All postcodes

PH30 to PH41 - All postcodes

PH49 to PH50 - All postcodes

FK18 to FK21 - All postcodes

KW1 to KW14 - All postcodes
